Phase 1 begins with our visionary founding members — a select group of early investors whose support will lay the groundwork for a living, breathing retreat. This first stage includes the creation of essential infrastructure: eco-conscious cabins, staff housing, a community gathering space, a learning and healing centre, walking trails woven through the forest, and the planting of regenerative permaculture gardens.
 
Our roadmap is not just a construction plan — it’s a shared journey. Milestones will be completed and communicated with transparency at each significant step, from the installation of solar and water systems to the growth of the first food forests. Every layer of development is guided by a commitment to ecological stewardship, spiritual integrity, and the belief that true transformation happens when we build not only with nature, but with each other.
